Our Associates
John T. Cecilia, Principal
John began his career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation (K-C)in manufacturing and later moved in to several human resources leadership roles at major manufacturing sites. He then returned to operations holding various roles of business leadership. He spent the majority of his career leading a global manufacturing organization which supported the Health Care Sector of K-C in the manufacture and distribution of single-use medical devices.
As Director of Global Supply Chain within the Health Care Sector, John was responsible for manufacturing sites in four countries which employed more than 8,000 team members. He also led a shared services organization which included engineering, logistics, quality assurance, information systems, human resources, sourcing and supply, and product commercialization. John was instrumental in the successful expansion of manufacturing footprints in Mexico, Honduras and Slovakia to support the sales growth of K-C products around the world. He also has experience working with contract manufacturers in Asia.
John brings a proven background in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, operations, and the ability to develop successful leaders. This unique combination of experience and skill sets has allowed John to work successfully across the entire organization to meet business objectives in all key areas and to also develop excellent leaders in all parts of the organization. Sarah has a unique combination of professional experience which spans across a wide range of industries, functional areas, business types and sizes. Through these experiences, Sarah gained expertise in identifying and analyzing key performance data leading to cost savings, process improvement and increases in operational efficiency.
Sarah spent 8 years of her career with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in their Global Health Care manufacturing sector. She also has been a small business owner in both the manufacturing and service industries and served as a college administrator for 3 years.
Sarah has a proven track record in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory control, business process design/redesign, change management, and systems integrations/implementations (including global SAP implementations).
Currently Sarah is applying her expertise as an associate with John T. Cecilia & Associates by assisting their clients in identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies gains. Sarah also provides accounting services and financial oversight to a variety of small businesses.

Kevin Jackson
Kevin has a wide range of expertise in strategic and tactical planning job fields along with service in direct operations and project management leadership roles. Problem root cause identification and solution generation has been Kevin's forte in a diverse career within complex global business enterprises.
Kevin was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, holds Graduate and Undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).kjackson@operationsandsupplychain.com
